A DERMATOLOGIST has shared a simple and free ‘push-up’ hack to get rid of sunken eyes.

Particularly if you don’t fancy having to splash out on Botox or filler, this is one you’ll need to try.
Dr Neera, a 34-year-old skin surgeon took to social media to share her simple facial exercise, leaving many very impressed.
The Harvard-trained dermatologist and skin cancer surgeon shared her video with the caption “This facial exercise was shown in a clinical trial to improve upper cheek fullness by building the cheek muscles, which may help offset volume loss under the eyes and in the tear troughs.”
She then said: “Do you have sunken eyes? Prominent tear troughs? Feel like your face is just starting to fall down?

“Let me show you one facial exercise that may be able to help.
“As we age we start to lose fat in our cheeks.
“It can contribute to dropping, sunken appearing eyes and prominent tear troughs.
“By building muscle in our upper and lateral cheeks, we can help lift and replace some of that lost volume.”
Demonstrating her simple facial exercise, she advised: “Begin with a smile and then make a long O with your mouth.
“Curl your top lip under your teeth.
“Place your fingers right under your cheeks and relax your cheek.
“In the corners of your mouth, smile to lift your cheek muscles up.
“And then relax them down.
“Repeat ten times.”
The dermatologist’s 10 second technique ‘push-up’ hack might seem bizarre, but according to her, it works.
She then wrote: “I know this looks weird but trust the process.”
The TikTok clip, which was posted under the username @dermatologysurgeon, has clearly left many open-mouthed, as at the time of writing, it had quickly racked up 83,700 views.
Social media users were thankful for the advice and were eager to give the hack a try.

To this, Dr. Neera confirmed: “4-6 months.”
