After a brief suspension, Facebook has reinstated the “Libs of TikTok” social media account.
“You cannot visit the Page and you won’t be able to add new people to work on the Page,” an email Facebook to owner, Chaya Raichik, said at the time it was suspended.
The account was suspended on Dec. 30, according to the Libs of TikTok X account, and reinstated on Dec. 31 following Raichik’s appeal.
“Btw I freaking hate Facebook. I don’t even know how to use it. I don’t get it. I don’t like it. Never did. Never had a personal account. I pay someone to run my Facebook. I probably logged on once. It’s a pretty shitty platform. I hope it dies,” Raichik said in a post on X, formerly known as Twitter. “It probably will because the censorship game isn’t sustainable in the long run and the younger people aren’t using it.”
It is unclear which posts prompted Facebook to initially suspend the account, but the purpose of the account, which was launched in April 2020, is to expose liberal “wokeness.”
The account was suspended another time in February of 2022 for making a false claim about gender-affirming surgical procedures that resulted in harassment towards Boston Children’s Hospital.
