This person will develop the go-to-market strategy, prioritize key initiatives, and build and manage a team. They will be responsible for driving the number of partners, managing the team to unlock key partners who can help creators run on TikTok Shop more efficiently. The partnerships should help creators with services that include creator agency onboarding, education, content strategy, content production, and pricing and merchandising.Responsibilities:- Design the key creator agency partnership strategy for TikTok Commerce – to define goals, identify opportunities and design approaches- Acquire and grow key creator agencies, talent management agencies, influencer marketing agencies, and MCNs with strong focus on e-Commerce and support day-to-day operations and optimization- Serve as the subject matter expert and develop operational programs for creator agencies- Collaborate with cross functional teams to drive key metrics growth- Solve key challenges in business growth by strong collaboration with cross-function teams- Hire and grow a strong team to drive growth and align with the business strategyQualifications- 10+ years of experience in the e-commerce business- Strong knowledge and experience of live streaming and social commerce- Mixed experience on both platform side and creator side, especially with talent management agency/influencer marketing agency background, is highly preferred- Strong connections with creators and agencies is preferred- 5+ years experience as a people manager of a significant team size- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills- A good team player, fast learner and open to changesTikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.Our company benefits are designed to convey company culture and values, to create an efficient and inspiring work environment, and to support our employees to give their best in both work and life.
