A SELF-MADE millionaire, who now makes £156,000 a month, has revealed their secret.
Jason Anbara, a mortgage broker, posted a series of videos to TikTok explaining how he made his fortune by the time he was 30.
Jason, who runs his lending and mortgage business in Ottawa, Canada, revealed that he generated his vast income by buying up properties.
He said: “I became a millionaire by the age of 30.
“At 21 I got my first property, at 26 I got my second and by 30 I had five.
“Now I’m 36 and i have over 100.”
In another clip, he claimed to make $200,000 (roughly £156,000) every month in “passive income”.
Jason said that he made this sum through rental properties, secured mortgages and four different businesses, emphasising the importance of “diversifying your portfolio”.
Other videos on his profile relay advice about which mortgage to choose, the importance of being self-employed and how to grow your social media presence.
In one, he advised: “You gotta go out on your own, you gotta make moves and you gotta hustle.
“It’s not a job it’s a lifestyle.”
Commenters were itching for more of his top tips.
One wrote: “Thank you for sharing your story and reminding us that financial independence is achievable.”
Numerous others asked to be taught how to do the same.
It comes after another self-made millionaire, who is just 25 years old, explained how she makes more in a month than those who troll her do in a year.
Meanwhile, a 22-year-old who dropped out of his apprenticeship claimed that people working a nine-to-five are wasting their lives after he started his own e-commerce business.
