A GRANNY whose motto is “age is just a number” has shown off how flexible she is at 67-years-old.
Debbie Crall self-styles as a “fit grandma” and regularly demonstrates how she lifts heavy, does the splits and goes rock climbing.

She can balance at all sorts of angles, including on a half balance ball or with her legs split in the air, while sipping a drink without breaking form.
Debbie looks to inspire other women to not let the physical effects of ageing stop them from being fit.
She shares a number of inspirational messages and videos on social media.
The nan used to be a competitive bodybuilder and recalls her family shouting, “go, mum!” from the front row of a competition in 1993.


Now, she stays fit through stretching, weight training and cardio.
“To attain a certain degree of flexibility, consistency takes the cake,” she revealed in a TikTok video stretching her leg across her body.
Debbie even puts effort into glutes exercises to build a Kim Kardashian-esque bum.
She revealed that she’s never gone under the knife for her body and achieved it purely through hard work.
Under a video of some impressive stretching, people gushed over how inspiring they found the 67-year-old.
“Wow sis, you are absolutely beautiful,” one woman said. “Keep it up.”
“That’s talent,” someone else said.
“You are amazing!” a third penned.
Another viewer of the video joked that the video was so impressive “it kind of scared” them.
Debbie responded to all the comments with her fitness secret.
“I stay pretty consistent when it comes to stretching,” she said. “I believe that’s key.”
