AN ex-KFC worker has revealed the secret menu hack that they all love but nobody talks about.

She explained how mixing a fridge staple with the fast food chain’s famous gravy can take it to another level.
In the clip, she is sitting at a table with a small pot of the gravy in front of her.
Text across the screen read: “I worked in KFC and this was an insider secret.”
Carolanne, who goes by Caz, then mixed a small amount of mayonnaise into the meaty sauce.
She used light mayonnaise, though didn’t explain if the standard version makes a big difference in taste.
After mixing the mayo in with a chip, the gravy became noticeably light in colour.
While it looked a little lumpy, which made it a little less appetising, it seems that, according to Caz, it enhances the flavour.
She had a quick dip with some fried chicken before tucking in.
