Role OverviewAs a Campaign Manager at Kyra, you will play a pivotal role in managing and executing influencer marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of campaigns from casting through to delivery. This includes coordinating with various teams, managing timelines and budgets, and maintaining high quality standards in all campaign aspects.
Salary: $75,000 per annumLocation: *Fully Remote – we’re open to candidates who can work standard hours in the EST time zone.

Scout and select the crème de la crème of talent, aligning them perfectly with our project visions and client dreams – we expect that you’re able to navigate within our Creator database like a pro!Lead the charge in cost optimisation – negotiate like a legend, ensuring our content creation is as cost-effective as it is captivating.Be the authority in contracting and maintaining a gold-standard creator database. You’ll be the timekeeper, making sure all milestones and deadlines are met within the agreed-upon scope of work.Budgets? You’ll manage and reconcile them like a pro, ensuring our projects are not just creative masterpieces but also financially savvy.Managing Active Projects
Be the maestro of product management and content delivery.Conduct meticulous reviews of campaign assets, being the critical link between brands and creators. We’re talking about orchestrating feedback and ensuring our work is nothing short of exceptional before it hits the spotlight.Keep your finger on the pulse of creator feedback and experiences, driving ongoing engagement and always striving for better.Collaborate & Drive Improvements
Work in tandem with our cutting-edge Product team, brainstorming ways to turbocharge our workflow.Partner up with the Client Service Manager for insightful Post-Campaign Analysis. Together, we transform data into strategy!you’ll use tools like Intercom & Kyra Admin Portal to turbocharge our workflow, ensuring efficiency and innovation at every step.You’ll be the key communicator, liaising directly with clients. From sharing timely project updates to attending client meetings as needed, your role is pivotal in maintaining transparent and effective communication channels, ensuring clients are always in the loop and engaged with our progress.
