With all of that having been said and now out of the way, it is important to note that Instagram and Facebook Reels are perhaps Meta’s most widely successful content format. In light of this, Meta will be rolling out a new Inspiration Hub that can be accessed in the Professional Dashboard. The purpose this new hub is to inform creators about all of the latest trends including popular hashtags that they can use to get more eyes on their content.
One thing that bears mentioning is that this so called Inspiration Hub is largely similar to the Creative Center that can be found on TikTok. Meta has long been attempting to measure up to its newer rival, but in spite of the fact that this is the case, most of its efforts have gone in vain. It will be interesting to see if offering insights to creators will do anything to push the needle in the right direction.
There is also a templates hub that will give users easier access to popular templates which might help them to streamline their content output with all things having been considered and taken into account. Apart from this, creators working on Facebook’s mobile app will now have a single editing window to take advantage of.
Finally, Professional Accounts will now receive prompts and tips to get them to post as much content as possible. This will be crucial for Meta if it wants to achieve its long term goals, since it will enable creators to improve their follower counts and subscriptions. TikTok may be in for some stiffer competition in the near future now that Meta is taking a leaf from its book.
